Lexington House Clearance Van

If you've never booked a house clearance before, it can feel like a big (and sometimes emotional) task - especially if it involves a family property or clearing out after a loss. At Lexington House and Garden Rescue, we aim to make the process as simple, respectful and stress-free as possible.

Here’s a quick look at what you can expect from start to finish:

Initial Chat & Quote

First, we’ll have a friendly chat - either on the phone, via email, or in person to understand what you need. We’ll ask a few questions and may request photos to assess the job, but usually we much prefer to visit so we get a full understanding of what is involved. Then we’ll provide a clear quotation based on the volume of items and any access considerations.

On the Day

We’ll arrive on time and walk through the property with you (if you’re present) to confirm what’s staying and what’s going. Then we get to work carefully and respectfully removing furniture, appliances, personal items, and anything else agreed upon.

Responsible Disposal

We sort everything for recycling, reuse, or donation where possible - sending as little as we can to landfill. We're a fully licensed waste carrier, so you can be sure everything is handled legally and responsibly.

A Tidy Finish

Once everything is cleared, we’ll give the area a light clean and tidy-up, leaving it in a presentable condition - ideal if you're preparing for sale, rental, or renovation.

Aftercare

We’re always happy to answer follow-up questions or help with additional services like garden clearance, garage clear-outs, or shed removal.

In Summary

A house clearance doesn’t need to be overwhelming. With the right team, it can be smooth, respectful, and even a bit of a relief. If you're looking for a local, reliable service that handles every job with care, we’re here to help.
